Spousal visa - application from the USA

Hello, are there any recent applicants for spousal visa from the US?

My partner is American, living in the US, and we are getting married in February. I'm living in the UK.

I wonder how long it's currently taking to get a spouse visa when applying from the US? I'm slightly worried that they may be a long wait based on the other forums I've been following.
