Catogory A or B Advice salaried or non salaried

Post by bobjon2244 » Sun Feb 04, 2018 10:14 am

I was in employment from 29 August 2016 its ongoing still within the financial year I earned over 18,600 GBP. However, the payslips are not fixed salary. One month it is £960 one month it is £2000.This is nonsalaried employment as the company I work for was very small. Can I use this?

Payslip 1:£2080 paid on 31st November
Payslip 2:£980 paid on 19th December Month End 31st of December
Payslip 3:£2080 paid on 31st January
Payslip 4:£1576 paid on 31st February
Payslip 5:£1576 paid on 31st March
Payslip 6:£1576 paid on 31st April

If they add it all up and x2 it will become £19,736

to my understanding, the other way that they do it is get your lowest paid month and multiply it by 12 so £980x12= £11760 so then it will not be enough for the financial requirement.

Can I send the above payslips to the home office under category a unsalaried employment?

I have a contract with the company signed saying that I am employed by them indefinitely. In addition, how will the home office know this is non-salaried employment?

You have posted in the Tie 2 work permit sub forum.

Is your question about a spouse settlement visa?

What is your immigration status??

Living with family friend- ADVICE

Post by bobjon2244 » Wed Feb 07, 2018 11:36 pm

I am currently living with a family friend of mine (15 years of friendship). He has said that I can stay at his home with my wife for as long as I need.

What paperwork do I require for the home office?

Thank you

THIS IS FOR A SPOUSE VISA

Working for a Family member

Post by bobjon2244 » Sun Feb 11, 2018 1:22 am

I recently started working for my Sister she runs a private limted company. She really needed help after she registered it in auguest 2017. I offered to help and become her PA. I get paid over the threshold amount of 18,600 just by £300.

Does it matter i work for my sister will the home office not question that?

Have a look in Appendix FM-SE for anything that forbids you from working for an employer who is also a family member.
