I am eligible to apply for ILR in May 2018. I have few questions on the application form.
My situation: I came to the UK using student visa on 22/1/2010 then changed to a Post-study work visa and moved to Tier 2 general visa on 12/06/2013 (I was in the UK during that period).
Application question: 6.1 when did you first enter the UK?
My Question – 1: What date (22/1/2010 or 12/06/2013), do I need to put?
My situation: I have the list of absence from the UK and all of them are paid holidays. I have a letter from employer stating that I was on the UK payroll during those periods.
Application question: 6.3 What evidence has been provided to support the reasons for all absences from the UK?
Option 1 - Letter(s) from employer(s) detailing reasons for work-related absences including periods of paid annual leave from the UK?
Option 2 - Letter from applicant detailing reasons for absence due to compelling or compassionate reasons
Option 3 - Letter from applicant detailing any exceptionally harsh consequences to them caused by the change in the way absences from the UK are counted
Option 4 - Original official documents: (medical/birth/death certificate(s))
Option 5 - Letter from travel companies to evidence disruption to travel
Option 6 - Other
My Question – 2: Do I need to check option 1, 5 and enclose all travel evidence (e-tickets) or only check option 1 and enclose an employer letter?

I am going to apply for ILR in May 2018. I have calculated the total number of absence days in the last 5 years (Tier 2 General) and it is 189 days as listed below. I have a letter from employer stating that all holidays are paid holidays and I was on the UK payroll during these periods.
However, the application states that 180 days are allowed, is it only for 12 months or does it cover whole 5 years. Please, can you assist me and I am worried and confused?
11/10/2013 05/11/2013 = 25
16/10/2014 17/11/2014 = 32
10/07/2015 12/07/2015 = 2
23/08/2015 31/08/2015 = 8
25/09/2015 29/09/2015 = 4
31/10/2015 02/11/2015 = 2
06/11/2015 30/11/2015 = 24
18/03/2016 29/03/2016 = 11
15/07/2016 17/07/2016 = 2
17/08/2016 21/08/2016 = 4
21/09/2016 22/09/2016 = 1
01/10/2016 03/10/2016 = 2
28/10/2016 07/11/2016 = 10
02/12/2016 03/01/2017 = 32
01/10/2017 31/10/2017 = 30
Total holiday days are = 189

Thank you very for your quick response. In that case, I wouldn't have any issues in regards absence day.
Much appreciated for your help.
Please can you also help me with another post regarding "ILR application questions"

Your calculations seems wrong: you should count he days you left and entered the UK.
So 1/10/16 to 3/10/16 should be 1 day absence.

Sorry, I meant you should NOT count the days of departure and arrival from/to the UK.

I am going to apply for my Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) and it asks in the form for my travel history. To be exact, it asks:
Which countries did you visit or travel through when absent from the UK?
It needs this information for the last 5 years! Does it mean the countries that I stayed in for visit (my destination)? Or does it need all the details of my travel including the countries that I traveled through to reach to my final destination? If so, it will be a huge details of information that I do not have all of them? All the stamps in my passport? seriously?
Can you please help me with this?
Thanks,
Erf
