ECs check incorrect

Hello everybody
my name is mandeep , i need desperate help. I have done appeal to tribunal as my visa is refused for Residency. My acknowledgment letter for appeal came on 19january. My company did my Ecs check last month during this period , i was hoping they will update my profile as i send my appeal on 3rd january. Ecs check came negative, i showed my company my acknowledgment letter also court hearing letter. Company did another Ecs check , but one of home office team leader advicing my compny not to do check as it will be negativ and my company terminated my contract on this person advise. Please help me is there any other way i can get my Ecs check positive

Team leader from homeoffice has told company that i have submitted my initial application “out of time” . Which is not true. All my applications have been on time with no delays

To advise you further, please give us the dates of application and dates of expiry for all your applications? Also the dates that you appealed and to which tribunal or court.
