Further Leave to remain

Post by Mogiza » Sun Feb 18, 2018 9:58 am

I was granted limited leave to remain the first time 2 years 6 months.

Now my visa is expiring in March 2018.

I was granted the visa outside immigration rules based on family life as someone with a child in UK.

My problem is my ex-partner has taken the child outside the UK.

If my ex-partner informs the Home Office that the child in not in UK, will I still be granted further leave to remain.

I thank you already for your help.

You need all the same documents to prove your relationship and interaction/involvement/visitation with child.

If the child is no longer in the UK, then it is unlikely you will get an extension if your visa is based on the child.

CR001, does that mean I have to return to where I come from or I can appeal.

Put simple what can I do to stay
