Technically a family member of a eu citizen cannot overstay a visa.
The directive give 3 month unconditional stay. For a stay longer 3 month the family member has to apply for a residence card if the guest country want it so. If he don't apply it can only be sanctioned from the fourth month on with a smaller fine in money.
It is easier to prove the right of stay with a valid visa but that is it.

You need to go the Questura of the city where you will be living in Italy and ask for Carta di Soggiorno per familiare UE showing them proof of relationship and proof that your EU spouse is working in Italy.

The directive give you a uncondtional stay of 3 month.
I don't think the italians accept a application without a valid registered address.

And one more thing this stay of unconditional is the duration of the visit visa which I am already having or it's more three months since the time I entered Italy??means this three months unconditional stay is beyond the 90 days time of my visit visa along with my EU spouse??

You get 3 month unconditional stay in every eu country if you accompany the eu citizen.
I wrote it already. A family member cannot technically overstay a visa.
