I’m wondering if anyone is able to offer me any advice on moving my fiancé to the uk, she’s from Israel and I’m a British citizen by birth, we plan on marrying before we apply for the visa though, so we’ll be taking the spouse route, the problem is I’m unemployed and neither of us can find the money to meet £62,500 saving route, but I do get dla issued at £88 a month as well as esa which is £251.10 a fortnight would we be able to apply using my dla as an exemption and if so do we require any other savings to prove I can take care of her, we’ll be living at my mothers but she lives in a council house so not sure if this falls under access to public funds, please help if you can any advice you can offer is greatly appreciated and again apologies if this is in the wrong board
