Job creation ILR application

I am on Tier 1 E £200K
Initial visa granted on 05/09/12.
Entered UK 21/09/2012
Extension applied Dec 15, Visa refused Jan end, AR refusal in march 16, Reapplied March 16, Extension approved Nov 16.
I would like to know from experts - As I am pre-April 14, I can show One full time job for 24 months. I have one full time employee since Dec12 till today and will be till October 18 when I will be applying for ILR, Can any period of employment be counted since I applied for extension and got extension after total about 11 months?( from Dec 15 to Nov 16) Or I have to show same full time job when extension was granted ie since Nov 16?

Why don't you apply in November 18 and you will have two full year?

Or hire someone for a month?

You are under transitional arrangements. You need to show 104 weeks of full time employment since extension was granted
