Hi
You don't have to inform anyone if you start divorce proceedings after getting PR.

Only if you got married AFTER your divorce decree absolute was issued and you meet all the requirements under the UK immigration rules for a spouse visa.

so its mean i have to show that i earn 18600 and then i can bring her.
one more question every time when i travel on my way back they always ask about my eu spouse where she is,where she work etc.

Yes and she needs English A1. But you cannot bring her if you have already married her while being married to someone else, this would complicate things hugely.

It could raise potential questions such as 'marriage of convenience' yes, but no one can tell you if it definitely will or not.
