Summery: Basically i am from India and my Fiancée who is a UK Permanent resident is from Poland, We known each other for over a year and work in the same company but only met twice in person when i visited her in UK (4 months gap between 2 trips), We got engaged recently on my second trip and want to apply for a fiancé visa for me so we can get married in UK (Family route).
My Questions:
1. I have only copies of my fiancées documents not originals is that ok or do any of them need to be certified ? ?
2. Below is the list of documents, will they be enough ? (any suggestions on what more i could add to make my case stronger ?)
Sponsor proof of identification:
1. Copy of Passport
2. Copy of UK Driving License
3. Copy of Permanent Residence Card
Proof of financial support:
1. Cover letter - Explaining relationship and finance support
1. Original payslips (6 months)
2. Original P60
3. Signed sponsorship form SU07
Proof of accommodation:
1. Copy of tenancy agreement
2. Copy of council tax
Proof of relationship:
1. Register office appointment letter (Confirming date and time we wish to get married)
2. WhatsApp, Facebook messenger logs for 1 year
3. Pictures (Selfies Only, we are not fond of taking pictures)
Note: I already have already cleared IELTS A1 and will do my TB certificate this week.
Any sort of advice is appreciated, we want to apply to apply soon as possible.
