Hello Dear All,
Last week, Just I got my degree absolute
Merried 2011 in eastern europ
Came to UK on EEA family permit in october 2012
Applied for Resident Card January 2013 but refused because my partner was job seeker since we arrived to UK in october 2012 for more than 6 months and then she started job as a employee october 2013 to June 2015.
Then she became self employed July 2015 until now......
My question: she'll I apply for PR or She'll I apply for ROR
From 2012 December she was job seeker for long time until she found a job in october 2013
So from October 2013 to till now she is on treaty rights but first year was on job seeker

Advice plc
Thanks

Permanent Migration Exceptions i.e. retained rights nothing to worry about
Article 50 triggered: What happens next? What Brexit means for EEA nationals.

I applied for PR without ID on the 25th of October. I still haven’t heard from the Home Office regarding a decision; and also my case had some underlying concerns.

Hi jayjay..you applied on 25/10/2017 for ROR?any update pls?
Not yet. Still waiting. I actually applied for PR and not ROR

No if you apply for ROR Sponsor should be working from start of divorce till end of divorce . And when you apply for PR after ROR then you should provide all treaty rights from start of marriage till end of divorce ...

Guys quick question,
I have applied for ROR, done my Biometrics and Recieved my COA, the decree absolute was issued on 4th January and i applied on 26th January. The thing is that i was suspended from work end of December because my visa expired then but divorce came later so my last payslip was end of December. Anyway when my COA arrived i started work again (end of February) so i have a gap on payslips (January and February) as i had no visa to work until i got my COA, i have the march payslip that i just Recieved. Would this be a problem? Should i submit the march payslip and onwards or just leave it with that. Just to note that i have submitted everything from my ex side (passport , payslips till after divorce and during divorce, other proofs) same from my side till December.
Any help would be appreciated.

Don’t worry just chill and wait for your brp to arrive, the one two month gap doesn’t matter they won’t care about your work they check your ex details lemme know when you receive your brp good luck

I only sent last 8 months of the divorce plus 2 weeks after divorce. This is what you need to show when applying for ROR.
If you wanna apply for PR then you need her 5 regular working years. Hope this helps
