Someone said to me that fast track will not have all the required info? What’s the difference between them?

SAR does NOT have anything to do with your application. SAR will not show your application status
Advice is given based on my personal research and experience only. Do NOT contact me via private message for immigration advice

Hi Zimba
Do we not get any of the updates taken in our file in SAR?
I presume that we don’t get the application status but any notes written on our file can be seen in SAR?
Thanks a lot in advance for your response

Not necessarily. SAR might not show ANY information at all. SAR is not a way to get application updates.

Zimba88, I applied SAR if I can see in CW notes that he want to interview or something holding them.

Does the fast track SAR contain information about how much time was spent outside the UK?

It does not. even the slow track does not. It -may- have coded landings (landing where there was an issue and the IO needs a bit of time to go to back room and check things up. Any normal landing will not show up in SAR

I will add:
it is my opinion (and just that and I realise this is conscientious) that the CWs do not have good evidence of your days abroad and rely on your list mostly with some corroborating evidence. While I heard they are setting up a system for noting days leaving UK (there is no exiting passport control like there is in schengen and many other countries) not sure it works well.
I suspect CW does not even have easy access to days landing in UK so unless there is suspicion about something, they would not use it as a tool.

this is way off track for this post but has there been a case on IB where a CW flagged a wrong date on the lists people present? i.e. "our files show you were abroad on xx.xx.xxxx whereas your list shows in UK"?

Dear All,
I received my SAR today and I have been given all point and few important bits are as follow.
OUTCOME
Overall decision: Approved
Expiry date: 09:01:2020
DESPATCH INFO
Letters issued: 4331
Despatched to: Apllicant
Despatched by: recorded
I was informed by UKVI in Jan over the phone that my application is posted to me on 15 Jan which never received. I called them few times and they says that my application is not decided yet, even when I complained, TMT11 directly replied me that my application is not decided
Has anyone been through this process? Any suggestion?
Many thanks

I would say Hope for the best.
I understand due to uncertainty of UKVI judgements nowadays , everything is possible until you do not receive the BRP card.
I don’t know if we could use such SAR reports in AR or courts to challenge the decision if they send refusal. ( GOD forbid)

I found fast track form online few days ago which I can't see anymore online. You need to send ID for fast track but no sign required but if you applying standard ( which I believe us only option now) then you need to get signed
