@Zamaha - I think its okay but Company house probably expects us to keep it ready anytime. HO is sticking to it like a bible. In my case , I would be doing that anyway as my account dates are coming close.
@saibabashir - No I didnt ask for interviewer notes . So I cant do that now

I think you both had same business and your compliance officer were same as well.
His AR has been refused and he is going on JR.
I think you need solid argument and hopefully you will get visa.
If you can afford then get help of a best solicitor or barrister.

If JR is gone so what will be the solution can I make a fresh application
Will this all be counted towards 10years
We need 1yr to be eligible for 10years
What if I go for a second application now and even they refuse that with same reasons
What will be my other routes
Please share some ideas

You will be an overstayer once you go for JR.
There are few routes which I'm aware you can use to complete 10 years but it's entirely up to you.

It has been a tough fight but happy that you have stood up to what looked like a ridiculous decision in the first place. Hopefully this will help others if HO takes it into account and becomes more careful down the line.

Thanks Marcnath , I guess HO were on a roll at the time . I feel for the rest of the guys who are still caught in the net. We become prisoners man ! Yes ILR is next hopefully soon !
