Hi,
My wife has dual citizenship British/other.
Hence I am being asked to provide a marriage certificate. As we got married in Italy the certificate is in Italian. It doesn’t say anywhere as far as I could read, but I understand this would need to be translated by a professional translator (no idea where to go, can anyone help?).
Since the fact she is a British citizen doesn’t really seem to give me any benefits (I can provide residence for the 5+1 years anyway, rather than 3), but it gives me the additional burden to get the certificate translated, do you think I can apply and only declare her other citizenship (not the UK one)? Would this be an issue?
