For PBS dependent ILR application,can you please let me know what English language proof needs be submitted ?
Is it enough to submit the below?:
1. Degree certificate(From India)
2. University letter stating degree taught in English
3.UK NARIC letter

Hi,
I am bit confused which form to use for tier1 general dependent ILR application.
I got citizenship through tier1 general 5 years route, I am going to apply for my wife and children ILR so not sure SET(O) or SET(M) form to use.
Please help.

Set(O) if they are Tier 1 dependents.

Yes they can. The 6th April 2018 date is ONLY relevant to Tier 1 General main applicants.

Hi,
My wife and children will be applying for ILR under tier1 general dependent route.
Can you please tell me what documents to show for cohabitation evidence?
I have council bills in joint name which I receive as a soft copy.Would soft copy enough to submit?

I am trying to book appointment for ILR for my wife and children who are on tier1(general ) dependent visa.
The appointment booking system populates the below options.
Can you please confirm which one to select?

Soft copies are totally acceptable. All my cohabitation documents such as Council, Mobile, Water bills, Banks statements were soft copies ( printed from website).

I have got degree taught in English from India University letter dated January 2018.Is there any rule that the letter should be within 30 days?

I am not sure about NARIC ELA (Red Route) but we have received letter from UKNARIC confirming the degree taught was equivalent to C1 level.
