Mistakes in online application form

Hi Guys

I applied for spouse visa online and there were two mistakes that I over looked . I only came to know about this mistakes after I submitted the online application. The first mistak was about the sponsors(me) status, I should have typed Indefinate leave to remain (ILR) but instead typed in 'permanent resident'. The second was a spelling mistake in the applicants mothers first name. Will these 2 mistakes cause any issues in the decision making and how do I correct them?
The applicant has already Paid fees and done biometrics but the documents are yet to be send to Sheffield. Please kindly reply.

I would also like to ask regarding the accommodation requirement. I am providing a copy of my assured shorthold tenancy agreement, a landlords no objection letter and a housing inspection report. These are the only documents I can get hold of. Are these enough to satisfy the ECO? Your responses will be highly appreciated.

You can correct the spelling mistakes on the printed application before you send it off. Correct the spelling then initial it. Then you can also write (ILR) then initial it. It will be obvious you have ILR when they see your passport data anyway.

Make sure housing inspection report is within 3 months old.
