There is no such requirement

Hi Marcnath,

A quick question, what would be best answer if they ask us in interview that , why you change your business from what you showed to do in initial application then now , and why you sit not inform intention to change of business type to Home office ?

Thanks

The best answer is the truthful answer. I am sure you had good reasons for changing your plans and just be honest about it. There are no issues with changing business - that is so common in the entrepreneurial world that they use a word for it - Pivot.

There is no requirement or means to inform the HO of such changes.

If anything, I think that is positive. It is always good when you have an upper hand on the interviewer

Hi Marcnath,

If I request for return of my passport for indentification purpose for IELTS test, do you think it will effect my application process , I mean case worker will make any wrong decision on that bases and will it be possible to cancel the request of return of passport letter I decided after making application in case is it possible?

I cannot predict whether the CW will make mistakes but the rules allow you to get your passport for identification purposes. But they likely will only continue to process the application after the passport is returned

Post extension employees

Post by Sunny2009 » Tue Mar 06, 2018 10:52 am

Hi Marcnath/ Zimba and all

Thanks for your ongoing help and support , much appreciated.

I have got one employee through out my extension application, but another full time left but I do have one part time still , so one full time employee and one part time employee, now my five years will be finish in next year May so I believe I can apply for ilr after having two full time for one year or just add one part timer so I will have one full timer and two part timer to make upto , is this ok ?

Thanks
