Hello guys,

i just called them up and the lady informed that they are going to challenge the jr and i have been asked to apply for extension under tier1 general rules. its sad to say. but please call and confirm. my visa is about to expire on may12th. i am really confused of what i need to do. need some help guys.

I think the pbs temporary arrangements has been put in place for all who is listed below:

writers, composers and artists;
self-employed lawyers;
innovators;
the International Graduates Scheme; and
the Fresh Talent: Working in Scotland Scheme.

i thought i had cleared the air in this thread

but if u want confirmation in writing from BIA hsmp renewal section. others have got such written answers from BIA and is already posted on other forums. so if u want one such confirmation, all u or anyone else have to do is to write to BIA by email about ur individual situation and mention 'the review' website has mentioned in writing that govt is not contesting hsmp jr judgement and ask in view of this for their official response in this matter as u nee to make a renewal application now.

dont ask me to post copy of other peoples messages on other forums because i will not do that.
