Premium appointment booked with incorrect birth town

Post by Alexmarkjones » Tue Mar 06, 2018 7:13 pm

Hey folks,

My fiancé and I would LOVE the help of anyone out there who can advise on our upcoming premium appointment for ILR. Please!

We’ve made the premium appointment booking and it’s all set to go. However, we just realised that on the appointment booking personal details we entered her birth town as a suburb of where she was born. Not the city. However, her passport and existing visa say the city. Thus she could appear to have two different birth towns.

It seems petty. But we’ve been stung similar nuances in the past. And she was just disqualified from taking her life in the uk test because of that exact reason.

Question is - is there anyway to change the details we have provided for the premium appointment? (The call centre was less than helpful) And if not, is this likely going to be an issue for disqualification/decline on the day of the application as a result?!

We have no idea if we’re making a big deal out of nothing. Or if this is going to cost us £3,000 because we need to do a new application!

Any help or guidance would be SOOO appreciated! Cheers!

If your taking printed application with you then just make changes there. If it's a suburb within the actual town and you live in that suburb. You can even mention it when you see them face to face.

You may be overthinking too much, dont worry
