After 1 week they returned my child and partner passport with original birth certificate and mentioned that they will ask again if they needed I had already had biometric on aug 2017 since then I keep going for reporting my quick question is if they asked any further documents I don have any because they closed my bank account and they already revoked my driving licences in that situation what documents can I submit to prove that we are living together.
Thank you mate for yr reply last time I had asked my Gp to send any letter in my adress bt thy refused to do so I think I could have dentist letter and my baby is just 9 months old so there is no way to get any school letter last time I had asked to submit proof of adress while I was reporting at tht time I submitt bank statement and utility bill on my partner name and she wrote the covering letter and signed it and thy accepted itMrozzy124 wrote: ↑Sat Mar 10, 2018 2:01 pmDoctors appointments, dentist, school, any government thing that you can think of is very goodKiran10 wrote: ↑Sat Mar 10, 2018 9:59 amHi guys quick question I have applied my application on the basis of British child and British partner on August 2017 .i have submitted original child birth certificate child passport everything. Yes they will send you one email which is standard reply from HO for all applicant. Your case is not decided yet still in process and we are not able to tell you when case will be decided.Mrozzy124 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 12, 2018 2:33 pmHi all just an update.
So we applied July last year. Its almost been 8 months since and we have not heard a thing apart from biometrics etc.
Finally decided to give HO a call today and the lady was very kind. I asked for a status check and she took my wifes details down and said she will pass this on to our case handler and their team and they will get back to me by email or phone.
Is this what usually happens when you ask for a status check over the phone?
Would really appreciate anyone elses experience.
Thank you
