Post by Loulinicole » Mon Mar 12, 2018 1:53 am

Hi there,
I am recognised as a stateless person since april 2013, I want to make an application for ILR on 2 x 30 months (5 years) on 30 august 2018 discretionary leave to remain.
: I read this law on the internet, I think that I answer all the criteria but I need to be confirmed if I am really eligible or not
The Law from
***Requirements for indefinite leave to remain as a stateless person 407. The requirements for indefinite leave to remain as a stateless person are that the applicant: (a) (b) (c) (d) has made a valid application to the Secretary of State for indefinite leave to remain as a stateless person; was last granted limited leave to remain as a stateless person in accordance with paragraph 405; has spent a continuous period of five years in the United Kingdom with lawful leave, except that any period of overstaying for a period of 28 days or less will be disregarded; continues to meet the requirements of paragraph 403***

Looking forward to hear soon

See also Immigration Rules part 14: stateless persons.
Stateless.

Not sure which application for ILR applies. Seems well hidden.
