PBS DEPENDANT VISA ONLINE APPLICATION DOUBT - URGENT PLEASE

Hi Members ,

My Spouse and 2 Kids are having Tier 2 General dependant visa currently and expiry on 02/04/2018 and I would like to know what is the process and which application form do I need use for their extension ( planning to apply thru postal on that time) .

Details :

Main Applicant current status: UK Nationality (UK Nationality got JULY2014 through Tier 2 (General)-5 Yrs route).

Dependants are already extended visa one time as Tier 2 General dependant visa on 25/03/2015 and need to extend again on 02/04/2018 as Their 5 years will be completed on Sep 2018 only .

1. do I need to extend visa for 3 year for my spouse and kids now as they will eligible to apply ILR on SEP2018 ( Less than a Year on extension time ) ( If I need to take 3 years visa ,I think I need to pay £600 as NHS fee for 3 of them or any other options are available) .
2. do I need to show funds for 6 months or 3 months ( how much for 3 of them)?.

if I need to maintain funds 6 months then I need to start from this months .that's y I am posting this message early even visa expire date is on 02/04/2018.

It will be a three year extension. You cannot apply for a lesser amount of time.

2. do I need to show funds for 6 months or 3 months ( how much for 3 of them)?.

90 days, same as all the other applications they have made.

I am going to apply depedant visa ( as asked in first message)online thru postal on next month .

Hope nothing has changed from Oct to now .

Details:

1.PBS Dependant visa need to apply thru
Online application form only as suggested CR001 above.

2.NHS surcharges is £600 for EACH applicant

3 No English certificate ( A1 or A2) as this is PBS Dependant

Can you please let me know if any changes for PBS Dependant application

For NHS Surchages section .it is asking sponsor visa expire date ,but sponsor is having UK passport. Can you please let me know what date do I need to give as expire date .

Hi All,

I have filled online application and submitted for PBS Dependant and 2 childs 2nd extension.
I have answered for one of the question 'yes, their entry Clarence reference no ' I have given COS no .is this right .if not correct then where can I get reference no as main applicant has BRITISH passport thru teir2 general 5yrs route .I am sending Xerox copies of main applicant passport , all tier 2 visa copies .

Can I modify the correct entry Clarence reference no in online form print out copy which is including along with other documents and checklist form . I am planming to send all my documents tomorrow on given address thru postal .

Your previous BRP number if you have it??

HO have your full history, not sure why you are stressing to this level.

have old BRP no but I have selected ' entry Clarence no ' in option by mistake and updated CoS no .I am worrying as HO may reject the application because of this reason .

Actually I have my BRITISH passport no, my naturalization ref no, 3 old tier 2 nos in visa stamp .
I am little bit worrying which no do I need to give in online application .

Simply write a brief covering letter. It isn't grounds for a refusal.
