(Casa, not CR001)

If they do ask for it, do you have any other option that show it to them ?

I don't see why it should be an issue

Normal residential tenancy agreements will have a clause that states you cannot use the property for business purposes.

Usually along the lines of the quote below. Using a property as a business premises could have implications for your landlords insurance and mortgage.
1.7 Not to carry on in the Property any trade profession or business or receive paying guests or exhibit any poster or notice board
so as to be visible from the exterior of the Property or use the Property for any other purpose other than a private residence for
the Tenant and (if a Garage or Parking Space is specified in the Particulars) for the storage of a private motor car.
No business tax/rates are payable on a residential property and they don't have the relevant council rating/zoning/planning to be business property.
Char (CR001 not Casa)

YOU can work from home and you can run business from home. I run my business from home as well and I submitted my tenancy agrement which explicitly stated that I am allowed to work from home and I can use the premises for business purposes
As far as the home insurance and business rates are concerned, there are certain conditions under which business rates become liable to be paid for example your clients visiting your home for longer duration etc (you can search them)
Otherwise you dont have to pay business rates

So basically it all depends on nature of your business
