Yeah i guess so, i am very confident that it will get approved at court there is no doubt about that, but Its just a joke that we and others have to wait this long to prove someone else's incompetenceLondoner007 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 13, 2018 11:49 amReading your case, whether it is expedited or not, when it does get to Tribunal hearing most likely it will get approved anyway. Dont give up - and trust me there is some lessons to be learnt from this hardship. WIll help you better in future by having gone thru this make you stronger.
Yep i have said this too, because Albanians have a reputation for overstaying or just coming illegally they seem to punish that way. But there is no way to prove it and they will never admit it lolLondoner007 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 13, 2018 1:31 pmSad reality of life. Like i said being a British Citizen no longer means anything. Also to add to that certain countries are more scrutinised like Nigeria, Asia subcontinent, Albania etc.
Hehe thanks, if you dont hear from me, assume the worst!!Londoner007 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 13, 2018 2:49 pmThats the spirit Ballmgirl17 good to see you sounding more cheered up. Next time I read your post I want to hear of good news! :0)
Hi01484 wrote: ↑Wed Mar 14, 2018 2:33 pmHi
I can completely understand what you are going through as I am going through a similar situation to you. Its really frustrating and you get really annoyed at the waiting times of how long they take to get back to you.
I applied for my wifes visa at December 2016 and it was refused for a stupid reason (didn’t believe she was same person on medical TB photograph) even though it was her she looked slightly different. The centre she got her photograph taken for the medical TB test was an approved centre of the british embassy and the people working there were shocked too when they find out about this, but anyways… I have now re-applied in January 2018 and have been waiting patiently since.
I have been married for 2 years and it seems like we are never going to meet… I have told her that if it gets refused now, I wont be able to tolerate another refusal and that ill be going to her place and leaving this country behind.
It is hard I know I be glad as each day ends, knowing that I am one step closer to finding out (whenever that day is) if she gets it or not.
I have to praise all your hard work that you have done seeing an MP, writing to the queen and complaining to the home office.
I can only imagine how hard its been for you, I cant even manage 6 months let alone 2 years lol Im constantly on the phone to my fiance too lol he doesn't like to call me too much when i am at work in case he gets me in trouble, but we still manage it somehow. We all know it will be worth it in the end. I hope that its a good out come for you, im sure after all this time shouldn't be a problem for you as your case is probably a lot stronger now.01484 wrote: ↑Wed Mar 14, 2018 8:28 pmNo i didnt appeal i waited cause my salary was due to increase 6 months later so i would exceed the £18,600 requirement. Then after my salary increased i was told i needed to wait 6 months for wage slips (really annoyed me) then after a breathe taking 6 months went passed we planned to go see my wife. I was told by my solicitor to wait till i come back and then apply as this would make the case a lot stronger so i had to wait another 3 months. Finally glad its been put in thats off my mind now just waiting to see the outcome now.
Dont even ask how them 2 years went by... been having ups and downs with my family in tears here and there lol im constantly on the phone with her 5 or 6 times during day even at work lol
Got fed up... at one point got really annoyed decided to leave and go there... then family calmed me down.... these 2 years have been painful... thats why i say i cant tolerate another refusal... hopefully she comes here otherwise im out of here.
I dont think Londoner has applied recently, just has clear knowledge of the spouse/fiance visas.
hehe, the only good news i have is that I have managed to find cheap flights to Podgorica for bank holiday weekend! 3 hours drive from Albania but is always worth itLondoner007 wrote: ↑Thu Mar 15, 2018 11:40 amAm just a layman who spends time reading this forum and giving any input from my very very limited knowledge. Most of people I speak to have applied to Asia so that's why I provided you with some insight into family issues etc.
Ballgirl17 i thought I told you next time I read from you girl I want to hear some Lajme te mira
