Parents Visa/Spouse Visa

Hi Everyone!
let me tell you my condition i was living with my wife and son in pakistan both are british and rightnow both are in UK and my wife is not working rightnow so she hasnt get 18,600 pa salary. Can anyone tell me that can i get parents visa or spouse or anyother type of visa for UK.
one thing more my wife is pregnant as well so she cant work as well.
