Currently our Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa extension is in process since last year 24 the July 2017 and we have not heard nothing from Home Office. My questions are here:
(1) Can I apply for 10 years long residence permit while my application is in pending?
It is impossible to say. For an initial application, your T1E application seems to have taken a significantly long time.aliabidhyd wrote: ↑Mon Mar 19, 2018 12:45 am(2) How long home office will take to consider my application if I goes on premium service (Window)?

You have pending application that means you can vary it to ILR, they don't ask to wait for previous application outcome though.aliabidhyd wrote: ↑Mon Mar 19, 2018 12:45 amHI ALL,

Thanks, you are right. Not sure how I overlooked that.
There are no specified documents for that, but yes, it would be best to take as much of the documents as you can.aliabidhyd wrote: ↑Tue Mar 20, 2018 1:39 amHi All,
