Well, as CR001 wrote, if you submitted only 3 payslips and bank statements, it's not enough. You can only reapply.

Regarding NARIC, I still think that your certificates are not Red Route (Based on the wording). Is your certificate in red, yellow, black colors, and is it written that the statement gives information relevant to your immigration application to UK Visas and Immigration?

The refusal states that you selected to meet the financial requirements under Cat A. Is this what you selected??

You have unfortunately made your application unnecessarily complicated by the way in which you want to meet the financial requirements.

There is no online question about the category in the online version of VAF4a, there is Appendix 2, which you should submit additionally to VAF4a. Is your sponsor returning to UK and less than 3 months with the current employer or residing in the UK?

UKVI doesn't judge who is native or not, and definitely doesn't judge people's original nationality. It is tick a box approval.

You should have applied under category B if she worked less than 6 months at the date of your application.

Why did you not submit the bank statements showing the rental income?? Without bank statements, it would have been disregarded.
6.1.5. The gross amount of any cash income may be counted towards the financial
requirement, where the correct tax has been paid on that income and where all the
relevant evidential requirements in Appendix FM-SE are met. Where a person’s relevant
specified evidence relating to permitted sources of non-employment income shows their
gross cash income and the tax paid, and their specified bank statements in relation to
the permitted non-employment income show all of that post-tax income, they can count
the gross amount of the cash income shown on the specified documentation towards the
financial requirement (or the net income in relation to dividends). But, where that
person’s specified bank statements relating to permitted non-employment income only
show a proportion of that post-tax income, only the amount shown on the bank
statements can be counted towards the financial requirement.

Well, you can appeal, and wait for 12-24 months.

Did you submit all the necessary documents (diploma and medium of studies letter from university) together with NARIC assessment?

Is there any particular reason for only submitting 3 months of bank statements, whereas in CAT B you are required to send 12 months.

Even if NARIC is red, how you going to explain the 3 month bank statement? Did you send any or have they lost them?

On your NARIC certificate, it should be written visas and nationality service, and it should be for UKVI. But the main point is that you should fulfill financial requirements.
