Refusal uk spouse visa with no letter of explanation

Hello to everyone
Me (applicant ) I applied for a spouse visa as my husband is a british citizen to join him in the uk .yesterday I got the collection of my passport after 82 of working days although we paid for priority.i just got my passport with no visa and no letter of explanation or anything else .did this happened to anyone ?please if anyone has Any information for this kind of situation.

Hi,

Did you have a solicitor? Or any other representative? if so they should have the details of the refusal letter.

If not then I’m not sure, maybe have to call them, (the home office take 20 days to respond to an email)

If you have no luck, maybe try and ask your husband’s local MP to make contact, depending on their experience/knowledge with immigration issues they may be able to get a better response.

Actually we have a solicitor and he haven’t received any letter of explanation.
Yes I am kind of no luck and my husband contacted his MP and we are trying to have a response through them .Contacting Home Office seems mission impossible.
I never heard before being refused and not receiving a letter of explanation.

I think its worth giving a try on this Number they might be able to give you some update on this.
I rang this number once for filling the visa application form but they said that I can use this service for any status update of the Visa Application.

Thank you for your help .We have tried that too ,many times .They said we can escalated the case ,nothing else .Still no news

I have same issue here, i got my passport returned with no visa, nor refusal letter. I have also checked me email and there was no refusal letter.
