Hi All,
I have applied on Feb 28th and received my acknowledgement letter/bio metrics and payment received letter on March 8th which I noticed 2 days ago.
However on the same day I also received a notice of enforcement(simply asking me to pay fine failing which next step would be enforcement) dated March 8th for not paying PCN fine to council that has been missed(or never delivered/read) somehow. However I had paid the fine of £278 immediately having realized my mistake of crossing a pedestrian zone and that the fine was very genuine
Now my question and concern is
I was not aware of this fine/PCN on the date of my application though council would have sent an initial letter of PCN
I had received enforcement fine letter only after applying
so obviously I have not mentioned about this PCN in my application and would have probably ticked No for a question of if you have more or 2 fines(which i cant recollect the checklist question correctly )
Now in all my honesty I want to provide this addition info to Home Office as i don't want to risk losing my application fee at any cost or lose my mental peace for getting rejected for this reason.
What is the correct way to send this info to Home Office?
