Spouse Visa Extension - Cohab and Finance

I am trying to validate few things and will be useful to take your advise

My wife's (applicant) spouse visa first extension is due in April 2018 (after 2.5 years). I am a British National.


Can you please advise if the below Cohab Documents is sufficient and meets the requirements

Period: April - July 2016
Tenancy Agreement - Property A (Joint) - dated August 2015 covering till August 2016

Period: August - November 2016
Tenancy Agreement - Property B (Joint) - dated August 2016 covering till August 2018

Period December 2016 - March 2017
Utility bill (joint)

Period: April - July 2017
Water Bill (Joint)

Period: August - November 2017
TV License (Husband)
Sky (Applicant)

Period: December 2017 - March 2018
BT broadband (Husband)
BT Mobile(Applicant)

Financial - Can you please advise
With regards to submitting bank statement and income proof. My assumption is that only the applicant proof of earning, bank statement and financial are required as long as she earns £18600. There is no point in providing my financial document. I am trying to keep the application short and to the point and do not want to provide additional documents that may not be required

Usually 6 piececs of joint documents otherwise 12 single documents covering evenly over the 2.5 years are required to meet cohabitation. Application form clearly mention it.
Regarding finances, yes either of partner can show it's earning to meet the requirements.

Application also says 4 pieces of joint and 2 pieces each of individual document (total is required for maximum 2 years.

Do you think the split and the number of documents that I’m providing will be sufficient to prove cohab.
