ILR - Amending details of the Premium service Application

Hi,

In my premium service application for ILR for the question "Select your leave category within SET(O)" I mistakenly choose Tier 1 (General) instead of Tier 2 (General). I saw the mistake after I paid for my appointment and now it's not allowing me to amend the details.

I called the home office and they asked me to email "PSCAppointmentRefunds@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk"

I emailed them but I got an automated reply saying this email address is only for refunds and it ignores all other requests.

Could anyone tell me what should I do now please?

You cannot correct it once you have booked it.

It is the same price and form. Simply explain the error when you arrive for your appointment.

Or cancel it, wait for a refund and then try again.

I made a typo in my name, contacted Home office via email and got below response in about 2 weeks time:
Many thanks for your email and your explanation of the spelling mistake of your name on your application form.

On the day you attend the PSC in Croydon please make everyone at each counter aware that you made this mistake and then they will be able to rectify the system for you.
