Hi,
In my premium service application for ILR for the question "Select your leave category within SET(O)" I mistakenly choose Tier 1 (General) instead of Tier 2 (General). I saw the mistake after I paid for my appointment and now it's not allowing me to amend the details.
I called the home office and they asked me to email "PSCAppointmentRefunds@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk"
I emailed them but I got an automated reply saying this email address is only for refunds and it ignores all other requests.
Could anyone tell me what should I do now please?
