Kindly see the forum rule regarding multiple topics, link below.Hills75 wrote: ↑Sat Mar 24, 2018 9:39 amMorning everyone. Thank you so much for the help iam getting from this forum
My sponser and i think it would be a risk to apply under cat A or B as his income for last 6 months amounts to £9182.40 as he had to take unpaid leave to visit us hence the short fall. If say we wait for next pay slip we can apply under A for last 6 months and the fall will be covered, under the non salaried employment.
Now since the spouse fee is likely to go up we were hoping we could apply before the increase and submit the 6 months of payslip with 5 months of bank statement since the april statement will only be issued later,as it will not have been issued at the time of application.
Would it be ok to explain why one statement is missing to the ECO and that it has not been issued but we provide 6 months payslip? P60 will also be issued later.
Please as we are in desperation.
Thank you
No, this would not be ok. The mandatory requirement is to submit 6 months paysliops and 6 months corresponding bank statements. You risk a refusal if you do not submit all the mandatory documents.Would it be ok to explain why one statement is missing to the ECO and that it has not been issued but we provide 6 months payslip? P60 will also be issued later.
