Visit visa for Parents

Hello All,
I intend to apply for visitor visa for my parents. My question is should i make two individual applications? The reason being , i made application on behalf of my mother, And in her application form , i filled in her spouse details (my dad's) details.

Please advise.

Each person must complete their own visa application form.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
