Thank you for the reply.
I am in process of filling application and i notice that in main applicant Visa Type i have only Tier 2 Leave to Remain.

But in my husbands BRP card its given Tier 2 General Tier 2 Leave to Enter.

Can i select Main Applicant Visa : Tier 2 General Leave to remain or is there another application form

Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General Dependant

I am in the process of filling the application form from switch from ICT to Tier 2 general Depeendant.
I have used incountry PBS Partner Dependant application .
There is a question Your current immigration status :
Are you currently a dependant of a points based migrant :

I have selected No as i currently not.But this gives a message
You cannot use this service to apply for leave to remain. This service is only for people who are dependants of a points based migrant.

Is there a seperate form for switch rather than extension

We cannot see what the questions are and not all of us have experience of the online system.

What were the questions before this one and what other options on drop down menus were there?

Letter from Spouse -- What letter is it ? Is it on company letter head or any legal document?

Spouse CoS -- IS this the same Cos which was issued to the spouse while they applied for visa.
Spouse P60 -- What if spouse P60 is not provided?

Spouse 3 months Bank Statement -- can I give my Bank statement?

Kindly keep your questions in your own topic rather than tagging onto a thread that is more than a year old.
