Today my mother in law received her refusal letter and my wife is very upset.
Reasons foe her refused was :
My mother in law submitted bank saving account which had £43 k balance and she is housewife
There is nothing in her application demonstrating the origin of these funds and she has not declared any form income or support that she receive
Also my mother in law state her husband is staying in iran ,there is nothing demonstrate his current whereabouts or circumstances.
The officer has wrote,on the documents before me ,I am not satisfied that the current balance in your account accurately reflects your true financial position and it's unclear how you are supported .therefore , I am not satisfied that your personal circumstances are as you have indicated.
The above points undermine the credibility of your application to the extent that I am not satisfied that you are genuinely seeking entry as a visitor or intend to leave UK at the end of your visa. Refused under paragraphs v4.2 (a) (c) of the immigration rules.
Any further UK visa application you make will be considered on their individual merits, however you are likely to be refused unless the circumstances of your application change .
There is no right of appeal or right to administrative review.
Please any can advice what to do , can we apply again, what do we need. My other in law had her saving buy selling their house and it was in saving account.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Thank you
