Hey thanks a lot for your clarification but I sent them all. Also, the bank letter is already there in the list.marcnath wrote: ↑Tue Mar 13, 2018 5:50 pmLot of extra documents that I tried to highlight. Your call whether to attach them or not.
ILR does not need maintenance funds, so that entire section other than payslips is possibly irrelevant.
.You need business bank statements/letter from Bank for your "engaged in business activity" evidence

Incorrect. Genuine entrepreneur test applies to all initial, extension and ILR stagesHasanraihan wrote: ↑Sun Mar 25, 2018 5:59 pmThere is no genuine entrepreneur test for ILR, this is only for initial applicant and for extension application...they will ask any documents if they find any gaps in your papers
I think they've forgotten to include the genuine entrepreneur test part in the ILR section of the guidance. However, the set (o) application form as well as the caseworker guide clearly mentions this.Hasanraihan wrote: ↑Sun Mar 25, 2018 11:22 pmPlease refer to policy guidline Jan 2018 for genuine entrepreneurs ILR

congratulations raj.m! your checklist and discussion here were useful in our own preparations too!
Hi Kay, thank you. I sent my application on 13/03/18 and after that, I received two "under consideration" emails - one in April and one in May around the 20th. This month I didn't receive any email probably because they had come to a decision already. I received my approval letter today but is dated the 18th.
