Very well done, that was fast in the current environment.

Care to share details of your business, how many employees, how well paid, and any other facts that you think may have led to this fast and positive result.

I am trying to ascertain why some cases are 15 months with multiple interviews and some, like yourself much better result.

Hypothesis: 1. sheer luck 2. the quality of the business (and how it is communicated)

Cheers

Thanks for this. How many people years of employment did you have? What salary level do you pay? Any specific reason you think you did so well?

Hi Mate, I am not sure how i did it well. buy my Friend had told me that as I have invested £50k before the first application so Home office people wont waste time on investment points. They will check the Employments points only. I havnt sent my services agreements but my all clients are on my website under portfolio section.

Regarding Employments: First Year I had 3 Junior Workers paying minimum Rate, Second Year 1 Full Time 3 Part time, Paying Minimum Rate, Last Year 1 Full Time 3 Part Time, One of the part time I was paying £20/hour.

@shahrasu, Congratulations!
Can you list the documents that you sent? Would like to know what all documents apart from bare minimum that you sent (if any, including any business explanation).

Hi shahrasu,

You said you have invested the money at the time of first application. Then why did you send the bank statements to prove transactions at the time of extension.

Thanks, Sharasu. Well done, so how did you prove that all the 200,000 was spent on the business for legitimate expenses and not for your salary? Did you highlight the expenses or left it out for the caseworker to work out themselves? Thanks in advance

It was not 200k, it was 50k, all the expenses, salaries were mentioned in my management accounts, I only submitted 2018 management accounts to HO. Also I was taking my salary as well in last year coz my business was in profit.
