hi guy

after 16 month of awaiting a decision on FlR(FP) application got a email from the HO.

HO email-provide documentary evidence of cohabitation or to show the length or resident in the UK in the form of official letter or documents, address to you and spouse if your client providing evidence you are in a genunie and subsisting relationship.

the current requirement is to provide at least 3 document per year from different official sources. these should be address to you and your parter jointly or in both names . if you dont have enough item in joint names
provide item address to each of you individually if they show the same address for both of you

item of correspondence or other documentary evidene from the source listed below would be acceptable
the dates of these should spread over the whole period in question .

your applcation could be delayed or even refused if you does not provide enough evidence of this kind

Example of acceptable types of letters and document
-letter or other document from government department or agencies, for example HM revenue and customs,DEPT for work and pension, dvla,tv liecensing
-bank statements/letters
-building society saving book/letters
-council tax bill
-electricity and /or gas bills or statements
-water rates bill or statement or statements
-mortgage statements/agreement
-telephone bill or statements
letters from school,nursery

i sent my evidence document today i pray my long waiting end soon with a good news

Hi I applied for my Flr (Fp) based on my British child 10 year route. In am in abusive marriage and still married to her father also forced to live with him because I was denied a DV Concession June of last year weeks before my leave to remain was due to expire and he hid my passport from me to prevent me renewing it because he doesn't want a divorce. So I am an over stayer as I applied for my flr in November after 5 months expiry because I needed advice after my DV refusal. I could not afford the fee so applied for a fee waiver which I got granted last Friday along with my Biometrics invite. I got that done two days ago. So from here I wait to see how this all ends. I was told it typically takes about a year and that's 'if' the do allow the waiver because they rarely give them out.My post is to only help anybody else whoever finds themselves in my position.
So my timeline is;
Flr and fee waiver forms sent: November 2017
Acknowledgment letter: December 2017
Waiver accepted and Biometrics invite: March 2018
Biometrics done: March 2018
Decision: Waiting
Brp: waiting.

Goodluck everybody.

Hi everyone, I receive this email from HO today to provide some evidence and am not too clear about what to send to the HO.
Below is the email.

I am the Immigration officer from UK Visas and Immigration in Sheffield and I am currently considering your application with a positive outcome, but for me to continue further with your application, I require some urgent information and evidence.

At the time of application you was pregnant with a due date 08 April 2017 which has now passed but you have not submitted any evidence where your child is present or residing.

It is our duty to safeguard and promote the welfare of children so to help me consider the matter, please send me the following documents and evidence as stated above. Please send ORIGINAL documents as photocopies are NOT acceptable for the purpose of deciding your client’s application via post on the address stated below or attach the evidence to this e-mail for the purpose of deciding your application faster.

Documents required:

1.         Original Birth Certificate of your child.

2.         Documentary evidence to confirm that you, your partner and child are residing with you at your current address which should be indicated on document. This should be on official headed paper and be from your child’s school, nursery, health visitor, GP or Local Authority.

3.         If you do not reside with your partner and child then please provide documentary evidence to confirm that you have contact with the child. This should be on official headed paper and be from your child’s school, nursery, health visitor, GP or Local Authority. The letter should confirm what contact you have with the child, for example whether have attended appointments with child and whether you are listed as one of the child’s emergency contacts.

It was your responsibility to notify us once your child was born and provide us with the evidence stated above. Also as you should already have this information, you can attach the evidence to this e-mail and for your application to be decided promptly Please note a reply is required by Friday 23 March 2018 or latest Monday 26 March 2018.

I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.

Best Regards

UK Visa & Immigration

My question is can I provide different documents showing that we all stay together.
I have GP appointments for my baby
I can provide virgin bill which is in my name or utility bill
My husband has different evidence to show for his address
Or should I just get a letter from the GP for the three of us.

Thanks

Hi rankaseye it shouldn't be difficult if you both in the same address it's clear send the original child birth certificate and maybe bank statements for both u and your hubby yes letters from Gp sometimes the Gps don't always send letters so you can ask them to just write a letter to confirm for all of ya try and get as many evidence as u can. Hope bit helpful. Best of luck.😊

Another update for you all...

We got a new date in for the appeal hearing, and it's in April. So it's off to the solicitor on Friday to look at our options, as April just isn't workable for us at all for a variety of reasons. I can already hear you all screaming at your screens "you've waited this long, get on with it!" but depending on what we decide regarding the hearing, I'll of course post an update 8)
Hey Dylan.
Did you get an update?

Please does anyone has any idea if contacting a local mp for flrfp application which is going to 7 months with British child and husband can help.My solicitor says l should wait till April to finish 7 months because HO wont reply him.

I can feel you because it took me 9month to hear from home office. I understand the frustration, the agony of staying at a place not doing anything, the anxiety of seeing a mail coming through the door and the tears that roll down your cheeks. I was once in that room of pains before but I believe God will soften your heart with joyous news. Firstly, you can call them and tell how you feel. Hear from them, don’t rely all on solicitor. You are the end user of the pains. So call call them, try and explain your situation,I did that as well when I nearly gave up the hope. Don’t cry, don’t think too much, remember you don’t have access to NHS . Your health matters. I believe you will a good news very soon. Once again don’t think too much remember your child and your plan for him or her. Stay strong. Tough time never last but tough people do. I know many friends will have left you. Concentrate on God,the author and finisher of your faith. It is well with you

I have sympathy for you and can understand what you are going through.
But remember that as your visa will be the partner route and you will need to make another application as parent route if you separated during your visa.
If you have anything like that in your mind then decide it not too late.
You can report a change in circumstances even during your application.
As a mother of British child I personally think that you are in a better position alone than with a partner.
Don’t let visa hold you in an abusing relationship.

I read this and cried. You said it as it is.l hv no friend the arguments are never ending.l have no say l am like a slave. At times l cry and my child only 9 months wipe my tears with muslin. At times l feel like filling for domestic abuse.I remember a neighbour who we didn't know called the police and in November 2 police came and said we hv report of domestic abuse and it was my word that counted l said no it's all lies.Today l really wanted to move out but the change in adress is what l don't want and maybe it might cause more delays. Him hitting me in front of my son really hurts me.l really wonder where is God l have suffered alot.
Today l called HO with tears on my eyes l was even crying when talking to that person he said some1 will call me in 5 days.2 hours late l received l call and the person said my case isn't decided and they can't tell me when it will be decided all l have to do is to wait that's all the caller said.
What l endure it really needs a strong person.l feel like God abandoned me.
