Tier 1 Entrepreneur extension approved after 13 months

Application ( Team 50K ) date : 23/02/2017
Complex Issue letter : 01/04/2017
Interview at our Office ( Home ) : 15/09/2017
IHS refund : 01/03/2018
Document received : royal mail special delivery return to HO, coz our solicitor move to different address.
BRP received : 29/03/2018 ( Dated : 27/03/2018 )

Royal mail return the documents to Royal mail national return office, because they not found sander address of shipment.

any one have experience like that then please share your exp. how to get back royal mail shipment.

please advice.

Some people who got the authority to block posts, they always block my posts, so I request them please dont block posts when member ask other members about their timeline or any other experience , because lots applicants waiting for decision from more than 1 year. when they read any approval posts on IB, they are happy and ask questions to get some motivation in hard time.

Were you asked a lot of questions about why you had your home as the registered office, or asked to show contracts? Also, was your business in profit?

Many Congratulations to you.
I am still waiting for decision.
But, I had experience of return with royal mail return center when there is no sender address on the package. You need to act urgently and call Royal mail asap when they open after holidays.
Though special deliveries are insured etc, but in my experience they destroyed one international item which was returned from Italy and was tracked and signed. They gave me reason of destroying that no sender address was found, but they surely wait for 14 days.
so, Please No panic, but act quickly with in 14 days and call royal mail helpline to resolve quickly.
