PBD Dependent to FLR(m) Language requirements

Hi,
I have searched the site thoroughly but there seems to be no complete answer, therefore could someone please clarify the following?

I have Settlement visa

My wife is on PBS Dependent (based on my previous 5year Tier 2 General visa)

Wife wants to switch to FLR(m) for empoyment reasons

She has a Medical degree taught in English outisde the UK

She has a valid Academic UKVI IELTS score of 8.0, CEFR Level C1 (She used this to apply for PBS Dependent)

On filling the online FLR(m) form, the Documents section calls for:

Other documents - If you do not provide these documents, your application may be delayed or refused.

NARIC letter that confirms the qualification meets or exceeds the recognised standard of a Bachelor's or Masters degree or PhD in the UK AND confirm the level of English to which the degree was taught or researched

I cannot proceed to the next stage of the online form if I do not check the above requirement.

In the English Language section, I have answered No to the following question:
Does your degree meet the English language requirement for this visa? No

My questions are:

1. Do we have to get her medical qualification verified by UK NARIC?
2. Is her language score of IELTS 8.0, CEFR C1 sufficient to meet the English language requirement?
3. If I tick the NARIC requiremtn for filling the form online and not proveide a UK NARIC letter will this be acceptable?

Her academic ielts test even though with high score won't be accepted and she would have to redo the correct type of test usually ielts skills for life of A1 level at HO approved centres from the list. If not test then you will have to use the naric red route which will almost cost the same.

Thank you for your input. You are correct - Academedic IELTS was submited as a requirement for her qualification and not PBS Dependent.
