Leave to remain, or Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR)? What category of visa do you hold at present?

Hi,
It's indefinite leave to remain, I've just finished 5 years as a partner of British citizen, I've passed the life in the UK and b1 test, what else do I need to apply for indefinite leave to remain?
Thank you

Form Set(M) tells you what you need, 6 months payslips, 6 months bank statements, 2 years evidence of cohabitation etc.

All the same as what you would have needed to prove when you applied for your second FLR(M) extension.

You need 6 months to meet the financial requirement. If you choose to use them for evidence of cohabitation, a selection of bank statements, every 3 or 4 months, covering the last couple of years.

Does any one know how long does an application for indefinite leave to remain take?
