FLR(M) getting back onto 5 year route

Post by hkhan12 » Tue Apr 03, 2018 10:41 am

Hi All,

i am a British citizen and my wife applied for FLR(M) in December 2017 which was accepted on a 10 year route due to me not meeting the financial requirement(i am self employed with a limited company, i submitted my Dec 2016 financial year)

My company's last financial year Dec 2017 turnover is now much better and hope to get back onto the 5 year route

My question is do i just apply for FLR(M) exactly like last time and they will assume i wish to get back onto the 5 year route? and what about the HIS, should my wife have to pay the full amount again?

thank you
Haseeb
