request for appeal to court of appeal

Post by billyblue » Sun Sep 17, 2017 5:32 am

hello
I had applied for asylum which was refused by the home office, I lost my appeal in the Fft but was able to get a hearing based on an error of law to the Upper Tribunal based on insurmountable obstacles. Even though I have lost my appeal in the upper tribunal I have come to note that the decision excludes the important fact that was submitted to the tribunal.
I would like to know if I should make an application to appeal to the upper tribunal based on Error of fact as it has led the judge to make a decision based on the wrong fact.
Secondly the decision send to me by the tribunal is missing a page which includes paragraph 46-49. how do i get the complete decision in time to appeal against?

Permission to appeal to the Upper Tribunal

Post by billyblue » Wed Apr 04, 2018 4:31 pm

We request permission to appeal to the upper tribunal. Today when have been informed that the decision has been sent to the Home Office, who would be responsible to serve this to us.

My question is

Does the Tribunal not inform both the appellant and respondent at the same time?

Why is the home office responsible to serve this decision?

Is it because our permission has been refused and they may detain us on your the next signing but serve the decision by hand?

Hi Billy did you get the permission to appeal to upper tribunal , court send the decision to both parties , if you don't get the permission , you still can go to the upper tribunal for appeal .
