Hi All,

Can any one send me link or share Admin review PDF sheet of 2016. As on the website it only shows the latest one.

I want to know if my ILR application is valid or not as I have filed in 2016 within 28 days after getting admin review result. As per new rules it is 14 days now.

So, if anyone have old PDF or any link. Please share. Need any kind of help or advice on this matter.

Hi All,

I have filed for ILR in 2016 and had interview in 2017. But still the file is under consideration.

Can I file a judicial review as its really taking long from HO to decide.

No. JR is pointless for delays

Then is there anything else I can do. As its been 2 years and on going. Been through MP but still no luck as they are saying, its complex issue so it will take sometime.

Any suggestion would be really helpful.
