Sorry to ask again but can you give me some advice for the following:
She needs the TB test.
You can get a housing inspection report done by online companies , provide them with room measurements and they will issue the report within 24hours. Mine cost me around £60 or so. You rather get it done then not do this and application is rejected. To my understanding you do need this to confirm there is enough space to accommodate you and your wife as you will be living with family and don't have your own place.sevendust12 wrote: ↑Mon Apr 09, 2018 3:14 pmHi all,
Under accommodations, we will be living in my Mother's 4 bedroom house. There are the documentation I got from her:
1. A letter confirming that we can stay in her house and for free. The letter also states that there's 4 bedrooms and how many rooms are vacant.
2. Land registry under her name
3. House title and deed with details of the house
Is this enough or do I really need a housing report?
1. Yes 28 days from payslip date. A lot times payslip dates and actual transfer of wages into account differs which is normal but still 28 days should be from date of payslip.sevendust12 wrote: ↑Tue Apr 10, 2018 4:45 pmHi All,
I’m in the process of applying for settlement visas for my spouse and child. I’m stuck with the following and need some suggestions or advice on this matter.
1. My salary gets paid into my bank account every 26th of each month (unless it falls on a weekend and the salary goes in on the last working day before the 26th). So my question is this: On each of my payslips, they would state the date salary goes into my Bank Account (e.g 26th of March). The requirements says that payslips should be no older than 28 days, does this mean from the pay date that’s stated on the payslip?
2. My bank statement’s cut off date is 8th of each month. So for March statement, I would need to wait until it’s processed after the cut off date of 8th April before I get the statement through the post. Not sure how to work out the correct timing for the payslip and bank statements to go together?
3. I started my current job Mid October 2017. As I need to provide 6 months payslips, can I exclude October’s payslip as I was paid only half month’s salary and just provide November 2017 to April 2018? That makes 6 full months.
Please help.
Thanks

Thanks Seagul for your input. Yes, my payslips cover 6 months worth.sevendust12 wrote: ↑Thu Apr 12, 2018 9:12 amIt all depend on when would you like to apply. And remember the last payslip shouldn't be older than 28 days from date of application and the duration of last payslips must cover 6 months.
Thanks CR001. Sorry, I made a typo when I typed that message.
