hi,
I am a silent member of this group. I have received a letter from HO- asking for additional information.
i applied - 28/03/2017
biometrics taken in May-2017
complex letter received- June 2017
Interview- 24/11/2017
called them on 05/02/2018- they confirmed case has been escalated. asked to wait 4weeks from the date.
contacted MP-15/02/2018
MP received response on 13/03/2018
letter for additional information sent on 27/03/2018.
how long does it take the HO to respond after you have sent additional information?
what happens if i cannot provide all the information they have requested?
was i wrong to have called them / contacted my MP? because now i am of the opinion that these additional requests are as a result of contacting my MP and my case being escalated.
Please i need help.

Not giving them info it all "depends" . I am sure u explained in covering letter why you didn't have said info.
I do not think contacting MP is bad.

Most people ain't aware of the political situation of this country. They just think that they got ILR and now they become superior than others.
It's just a number down game now, if home office asks something make sure you provide them. Don't give them a reason to refuse your application.
Opposition asking Home Secretary about 100k immigrants number in every questionnaire session.
They will do whatever they can to bring the number down.
There is a lot of pressure on the govt at the moment.
Genuiness test is just a part of the game.
Best of luck.

They want all bank statements since inception? I would imagine that's going to be a very large number of sheets. However, what is the proof that you cannot provide, because I imagine your bank can send you statements right?
Did any discussion at the interview stage lead to concerns perhaps, because of which they want all statements?

Each case is different, so it can be anything.

They will go ahead and decide on the basis of the information you have provided.

No, based on the experience from others in this forum, there is very little impact due to MP intervention. So, I don't think this has anything do with that

None that I am aware of. I am just wondering why they would want all of these.
they are asking for evidence to prove i work on clients' site and evidence my employees work from home

Could you show evidence of communication between you and your employees?
And any document like a contract that shows the arrangement that you have with clients?
Again, email communication with clients indicating that you work at their site, and written communication with them about how you work with them might help.
How many days have you been given to reply?

Provide them the train or coach tickets if you are using public transport and if you using your own car then fuel expenses can help.
Have you told them that you are providing your employees mobile phones and laptops.
For laptops and mobile phones you need proper invoices.

Admin review in case of refusal would take around a month. I am not sure why you are trying to prepare a new application while the previous one is not concluded yet and you do not know the result

I think your visa has been approved.
Someone on this forum had the same scenario, BRP arrived before approval letter.
Congrats
