This is really confusing as I was also in a similar boat last month where in my ICT dependent visa was expiring in March and my employer had to raise this to Home Office whether I can still be employed even after visa expiry and continue working from my home country. But, the answer was ambiguous and I also googled various sites, but it is very confusing. So, it's better not to take this path as employer may face penalties if it's not legal. However, it's better you can speak to some Immigration Lawyer or Solicitor to confirm on this. The Home Office said I can be employed but employer needs to check with the UK tax authorities about the tax implications. My advice is to avoid it if it's not 100% clear to avoid any future complications.Maggie123 wrote: ↑Thu Apr 12, 2018 9:49 amHi, I have a query regrading working from home country after Tier 2 dependent visa expiry. I am on Tier 2 ICT dependant visa and my employer has applied for RCOS (Third time in April) for me after doing proper RLMT. My dependant visa is valid till 13 April so we are going back to our home country and planning to come back when I will get the visa.
My company is asking me if I can work from my home country for them till I get my visa.
Wondering if it is possible to work from home country for UK employer for some time till I get my visa?
Thanks
