GNIB refused stamp 4 Eu fam for 10years

Hi all,
Please I need advice, me and my wife went to GNIB office to get my stamp4 Eu fam, the officer asked my wife about her activities in the state and she told him self employed,the officer left desk and he came back about 45mins with another officer and they invited my wife inside,about 3.5hrs ,the officer called me and told me my letter of permission has been withdrawn,they will get in contact to me and my wife send back to uk.My wife refused to talk to me. Please what can I do.

Do you have a problem with your wife ? why she did not support you ? may be you should tell it doesn't make sense!

Was Eu treaty right aware that she is self employed?

was your wife living in Ireland and exercising EU rights , was she living with you ?

The issue I have with her she moved to uk last December and she told she will come to Ireland to get me my GNIB and when I get my Irish citizenship I can come and join her.

She;s not exercising EU rights anymore and left the country which is big mistake from December to April is a longtime...

Its a change of circumstances , you didn't inform eu treaty right of this change.

If you want to stay in Ireland your wife has to come back and its very likely that you will to start over by EU4FAM again.

Am not sure If a lawyer can help there's a rule that says she could be absent from state for a certain period of time without losing the right. But you should have inform EU treaty right and it really become a complex situation.

At this point i would try a lawyer

did u apply EU3 stamp through soliciter or yourself and where did u go to for apply GNIB card

I applied Eu3 through solicitor, I explained to solicitor and solicitor wrote letter to GNIB but no reply for almost 3 weeks now

if she move back to uk before the 5th anniversary of ur wedding then the right to be in state is cease to exist.

You seems to say that you have no issue with your wife .

may be you should talk with her and decide where you both want to live to fix this situation , your rights to live here derives from her unless you are divorced .

If she's not here you have no right to be here

If i were you i would get my wife back in ireland quickly and apply for EU1 (5 years and hope citizenhip comes out soon ), because you wont get EU3 as u most likely failed the rule when you wife left

you're making a lots of senses with your replies as i have to tell you am also in the same situation
am spouse to EU national from slovakia for 5 years now before she got her naturalization in 2017 as
irish national.
Here is my own problem when i submitted my application i was issued a
temporary 6 months stay and this continue for about 5 to 6 times already until they
stopped my stamp in 2016 due to my EU citizen spouse does not exercise her
right "not working" please is there anything i can do at this stage as it 5
years already.

My wife left ireland for more than 1 year and came back coz she wanted to give birth to a baby. but she couldnt come back for more than a year because of bad health of baby and my wife. but we dont have a proof to give them about these circumtances. now i recieved a letter saying that my wife is not in ireland for more than a year with me but she returned to ireland 7 moths ago and now she is working in a creche and my baby goes to creche in ireland. what can i do in this case? shall i put new application or do i write explanation about why my wife is not in ireland for more than a year? if anybody has experienced the same please share it with me. thank you for any help

sorry my mistake. I explained my case wrong. I got stamp 4 eufam on 2015 and i got a letter on 2018 saying my stamp 4 eufam will be refused if i dont give them a proper reason why my wife was absent in the state for more than 12 months? I still have 2 years validity but they want to revoke it within next 2 weeks.
