1. In 2021, 10 years after you married an EU citizen.

2. Yes as you will fail the good character requirement.

You lose the fee. You only get £80 back.

Not sure why you think deception will be imposed.

violating immigration law requires 10 years to clear. Apply before 2021 you are just wasting your money.

You absolutely right .Actually some people say , i should take a chance . Under the EEA reulation related application some time case workers give discretion. Thats why i am going to apply once i compleate 5 years qualifying period, i will let you know whatever the result.

EU law does not apply to naturalisation. Naturalisation is purely under UK law.

Dear members,
I am going to apply naturalisation. I was over stayer from 2009-2011 .i am non EEA . I got pr in 2017. In the AN farm declaration point 7.10 , shall i need to tick ? And is this need to explain that i was overstayer ? Or is this need to explain on page 22 about my overstay issue?
If i dont tell is this comes in deception ?
Plz advice thanks in advance

Your application will likely be refused if you apply before December 2021, 10 years from the date of marriage to your EU spouse as has already been advised.

It doesn't matter how nicely you explain your overstay, you were in the UK illegally between 2008 and 2011 and fail the good character requirement.
