converting Tier 4 to TIER 2 dependent visa within UK if child had dependent visa previous stays: 2004-06; 2011-14

I could not find answer to my question: Currently my child is on TIER - 4 visa (above 18) and myself TIER 2. My child has been in UK on dependent visa during my previous UK stays (when she was under 18): 2004-06 (TIER 4 dependent ) and 2011-14 (TIER 2 dependent). Will these previous DEPENDENT VISA status / stays of my child help/count to convert her current TIER 4 visa into TIER 2 dependent visa within UK?

I look forward to quick answer to this awkward / odd situation.

There are gaps in the timeline you provided. However, I don't think the previous dependant visa matter in this situation. The current visa is Tier 4 and will have to meet all the necessary requirements for Tier 2 dependant. I guess the child might have to make the switch from outside of the UK. I am not entirely sure

Unfortunately, if child is over 18 and not currently or last on a dependant leave, then it’s too late. 319H.(c) fails.
